How it works
Five steps from reserved capacity to a signed agreement.

Review the template
Download the blank gopher tortoise relocation agreement before you start intake. Review the highlighted fields — those are what you’ll provide, and we fill them into a signature-ready agreement.

Complete intake
Enter the Buyer notice block, reserved tortoise count, county of relocation, authorized agent, donor affiliation, and one Buyer witness.

Download your agreement
We fill the agreement from those details. Download the Word/DOCX file to review it.

Submit, then sign
DocuSign is the usual signing path and emails you as soon as you submit. The fallback is to download the Word agreement and upload a signed copy. Nothing is executed until a signed copy is on file.

Get your reservation letter
After you submit, DocuSign emails you to sign right away. Once the seller countersigns, we can issue your reservation letter — often the very same day.
